Hi! I am Neha. 

I design products, experiences and processes. My expertise lies in simplyfying complex B2B journeys and experiences. I have supported digital transformation of multiple offline journeys while making them obvious and easy to use. I love helping users perform efficiently in turn helping businesses bring their costs and customer woes down!
